Weekend Rates:
Friday – Sunday - $165 + Tax – Meals Included
This package includes 2 nights stay with 5 meals. Meals include Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and brunch on Sunday. Snacks, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee & Iced Tea are also provided during your stay.
Friday – Sunday - $130 + Tax – No Meals Included
This package includes 2 nights stay and use of both of our full sized kitchens. You are welcome to bring food to prepare meals of your choice., Snacks, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee & Iced Tea are provided during your stay.
Add Thursday Night - $50 + Tax – Meal Included
Add Thursday night to your stay for just $50. This includes one additional nights stay and one additional meal of your choice. You may choose either Thursday dinner or Friday lunch to be added as the additional meal. A minimum of 10 of your guests are required to add Thursday night to your weekend.
Add Thursday Night - $40 + Tax – No Meal Included
Add Thursday night to your stay for just $40. This includes one additional nights stay and requires a minimum of 10 of your guests to add Thursday night to your weekend.
Week Day Rates:
Monday – Thursday - $30 Per Night + Tax – No Meals Included
This package is priced per night and requires a minimum of a 2 nights stay. Price includes the use of both of our full sized kitchens. You are welcome to bring food to prepare meals of your choice., Snacks, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee & Iced Tea are provided during your stay. Meals available upon request for an additional charge.
Monday – Thursday - $25 Day + Tax - Light Lunch Included
This package is priced per day and includes a light lunch. This does not include the use of the bedroom areas. Snacks, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee & Iced Tea are provided during your stay. Day use of Megan’s Place requires a minimum of 12 guests.
All prices are quoted on a per person basis with a minimum number of 8 guests required for all bookings other then Day Use Only.

Policies
We look forward to seeing you soon at Megan’s Place . The following information will allow for your
weekend to be one of fun and relaxation once all of the “Necessary” business issues are out of the way.
• We will gladly hold a date for your retreat with a signed contract &deposit of $50 per guest expected.
A contract will be mailed to you once you have requested a date.
• All balances are due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the balance is not received 30 days
prior to arrival date your reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
• Should you need to cancel your retreat 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date every effort will be
made to re book that weekend. If a replacement group is found your deposit will be refunded. If no
replacement can be found your deposit may be applied to a future date.
• If your reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to the retreat you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
• Any changes to the above will be at the sole discretion of the management of Megan’s Place.
We know that in most cases the utmost of care is taken to prevent any damages to the property or its
contents. Any excessive damage to the property or its contents will be reported to you immediately and
repair or replacement cost will be your responsibility. An itemized list along with pictures of the damage
will be forwarded to you. Reimbursement for repairs or replacement cost will be expected immediately.
